Show of Hands returns to Tehran for second year
Several musicians from across Europe are expected to play a string of special “surprise” musical events at Niavaran Cultural Centre from Sept 1-6, Tiwall ticket agency has announced.
Two artists will go on stage each evening, and before that, young Iranian musicians perform for 10 minutes as a warm-up act. Aficionados can get tickets every night in each of the 3 performances.
Musicians from several countries including Germany, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands. Switzerland and Turkey are expected to play their respective string instruments to a packed-out house.

In addition to the performances, the festival also includes a variety of other documentary films, artists and workshops that interested people can follow on the special @show.of.hands Instagram page.
The closing concert on the final night will include a group featuring a guest artist and four artists from the festival participants.
