Tehran Hotel Guide: Best Business Hotels

Looking for the best business hotels in Tehran? You are in the right place. Tehran has a few significant hotels, with only a handful of new-build in recent years. But despite the lack of international brands, you can still get 4 and 5-star treatment at a good number of local hotels.

The best business hotel in Tehran is the luxurious Espinas Palace Hotel. For those on medium to large budgets, we recommend the Espinas twin hotels in the city. The privately-owned hotels are often used by diplomats and foreign dignitaries when visiting Tehran, and for those whose company budgets can afford to splash out on a beautiful room, these are the ideal locations.

1- Espinas Palace Hotel

The Espinas Palace Hotel is the latest of the brand to open in the Iranian capital. Located in the northernmost part of the Sa’aadat Abad area of Tehran (literally hugging the mountains), the hotel aims to offer a so-called 5-star experience to guests.

We headed up there recently to look at what’s on offer and, without a doubt, the hotel is the most luxurious accommodation in the city currently.

2- Espinas International Hotel (Persian Gulf)

The original 4-star Espinas Hotel on Kesharvaz Boulevard is a fantastic location for those looking to stay in a luxurious hotel in the center of the city. The city center hotel boasts the usual trappings of any 4-star hotel with conference room and amenities, along with fantastically local and ethnic cuisine available. We’ve been invited to several conferences at the Espinas City Centre, and we can confirm the food both foreign and domestic is perfect for hosting important events.

3- Novotel IKIA

Novotel Tehran is located adjacent to the main international terminal at Imam Khomeini Airport City (IKAC), it is one of the two newest hotels to open in the city in recent years, the other being its sister low-cost Ibis hotel next door.

As the newest large hotel in town, Novotel offers the expected range of modern comforts including conference rooms, breakout rooms, several working areas, as well as the usual assortment of spas and relaxation rooms.

4- Tooba Boutique Hotel

This small hotel provides accommodation for people looking for a simple hotel room or those also looking for an apartment hotel. Situated in the northern business district of Jordan, the hotel has a roof garden and restaurant as well as areas to work on the ground floor.

Accommodation features a seating area with a satellite flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge. Some units feature a terrace and a balcony with mountain or garden views.

If you’re visiting Tehran as part of an exhibition at the Shahr Aftab exhibition center, then the hotels at the airport are ideally situated for quick access.

5- Tehran Homa Hotel (Former Sheraton)

Tehran Homa Hotel is one of the oldest operations in the city. However, it has not lost its charm with being refitted in recent months.

Homa Hotel conveniently located in the heart of the business district of northern Tehran with its luxurious and plushy building has beautiful suites and rooms with all amenities and facilities. This hotel is both ideal for business travelers and those who want to stay close to the city’s old parts, palaces, and museums.

A total of 172 A/C single and double guest rooms, and elegant suites, with spectacular views of the city or Alborz mountains, are furnished in a blend of Iranian and continental designs to please distinctive tastes.

Meraj Restaurant on the 16th floor is there for a pleasant meal while looking over the fantastic view of the city.   There are also Iranian traditional and summer restaurants for any taste. The pools are available during the summer periods.
