Vanak Shopping Center

Vanak Passage (Vanak Shopping Center)

Constructed in 1981, the Vanak Shopping Center is a testament to a time when modern, stylish shopping centers were a rare commodity. Boasting an impressive area of 1400 square meters, this single-story mall houses dozens of shops, most of which specialize in clothing.  Shoppers can indulge in a vast selection of women’s formal and casual attire.

Additionally, a home decor shop adds to the diversity of the retail options. This charming establishment is located near Vanak Sky Passage, yet it’s essential not to confuse it with a larger shopping center situated at the intersection of Business and Work Streets.

Despite its smaller size, the Vanak Shopping Center commands attention with its unique architectural design. Its circular first floor, accompanied by semi-circular upper levels, creates a captivating aesthetic.

The mall is home to 120 stores, offering shoppers an array of branded clothes and Turkish garments. Cafe Karzin, along with several other cafes, provides a place to unwind with a cup of tea or coffee. Fast food options like turnovers and snacks are available for those looking for a quick bite.

While the goods at the Vanak Shopping Center lean towards the higher end of the price spectrum, the shopping experience offered is worth the visit. The mall welcomes visitors from 9:30 to 22:00 every day, providing ample time to explore the unique stores and relax in its inviting atmosphere.

Aseman Shopping Center

Aseman Mall Vanak

The Aseman Vanak Passage, a long-standing establishment in Tehran, was the first high-rise on Vanak Street. Its three floors include two commercial levels and one administrative level, housing 118 administrative units of 50 to 60 square meters above the commercial spaces. The commercial section boasts 65 shops, predominantly selling women’s clothing, with a vast variety of women’s formal wear and scarves.

The entrance features a long-standing corn seller that has been serving corn to people for many years. The passage also includes several home decor and china shops selling beautiful items, albeit some may argue that the items are pricey for their quality. The owners of these shops are all long-time residents of the area, having operated in the passage for many years.

How to get to Aseman Mall

Public Transport: The best thing to do is to take a taxi or bus to Vanak Square. Public transportation to Vanak can be found from all over the city.

You can also use the metro to get to Vanak. The nearest station is Haghani Metro, which is on Line 1. You will have to get off here and then take a taxi to the square.

Private Vehicle: With a personal car, it’s quite difficult. You won’t find a parking space at all. Vanak Sky Passage has a four-story parking lot, but only for the administrative section. The capacity of public parking lots is also very low.

Look at the map!

You can go from Haghani Highway to Vanak Street. Vanak Square also has a way from Jordan Street. But using taxis and buses is much better.

Working hours of Vanak Sky Passage: 9:30 to 22
