While there are many swimming pools in Tehran which are used by both men and women at different times, there are some which are exclusively dedicated to ladies. We’ve gathered a list of some of these pools across the capital city.
1- Eram Outdoor Swimming Pool
Located in western Tehran, the Eram swimming pool is a popular sports complex which is located in a 4,000 square metre environment. The complex enjoys 3 separate pools for swimming, children and hydrotherapy. Its large swimming pool has an area of 7×30 metres, which is large enough for any professional swimmer. It also has plenty of room for sunbathing, a coffee shop, a massage room and also a beauty salon.

2- Ekbatan Outdoor Swimming Pool
Also located in western Tehran, the Ekbatan swimming pool enjoys a large swimming pool in an area of 50×30 meters. It also has a waterpark and provides free parking. If you want to get a tan, you’ve to pay an extra 100,000 rial for renting a sunbathing bed.

3- Zamzam Outdoor Swimming Pool
On the east side of Tehran, a beautiful Zamzam swimming pool is a great place for fun and relaxation. It has the capacity for 500 people and enjoys a beautiful green atmosphere. The complex has a special area for sunbathing which is 2,000 square metre. The swimming pool has an area of 18×36 metres and it is 80 centimetres to 4 metres deep. It has a separate swimming pool for kids and free parking is available.

4- Armin Jamaran Swimming Pool
Jamaran Swimming Pool in the Armin Sports Complex is a four-season swimming pool located in northern Tehran. The complex is comprised of an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sunbathing area and a special pool for kids. The swimming pool also has a massage room, a traditional bath and a fish spa.

5- Shahrbanoo Outdoor Swimming Pool
Shahrbanoo Swimming Pool in southern Tehran is another great spot for ladies to swim, take a sunbath and have fun. The pool requires pre-arrangement and can be used for two hours. However, you’re free to use the are for tanning as long as you want.
